Pick one naming pattern, like city plus first name. When a store asks about its balance late at night, you find it in seconds.

Keep the display name and login different

Juwa panels ask for a name to search by and a separate login. Make them different so a seller's login is not obvious from the list.

Start each seller small

Send a modest first amount. After seven days, look at how much they really moved and set the next top-up from that.

Keep a reserve

Hold some points back for yourself. Friday nights and the first of the month tend to empty stores fast.

Collect from a store first, then recharge it. You work prepaid with us, so ask the same of your sellers and nobody ends up owing anyone.

A short weekly check

Running a team is mostly about looking at numbers on time. Ten minutes a week usually does it.

Line up each store's records against the money they sent.
Redeem stock from any store with no sales that week.
Note your end-of-week balance somewhere simple.
Place your next order early, not on the day you hit zero.
