Distributor vs Sub Distributor vs Store vs Agent
Published · Gamebridge API
New people often ask the same thing first. What is the difference between a distributor, a sub distributor, a store and an online agent? Here is a plain answer.
The chain in one picture
Think of it as a ladder. The system owner sits at the top. Distributors buy from the top and sell down. Sub distributors buy from distributors. Stores and online agents serve players.
Every level loads credits to the level below. Every level is prepaid when you buy from us.
Distributor
A distributor buys the largest balances. They open accounts for sub distributors, stores and agents.
- Best for people who already have a network of agents.
- Needs the biggest starting order.
- Spends more time on support for the people below.

Sub distributor
A sub distributor is a middle level. They supply a smaller group of agents and often serve some players too.
- Good step up for a busy agent.
- Smaller starting order than a distributor.
- Mix of player work and agent work.
See our sub distributor page.
Store
A store account is used by a physical business that serves players in person. The owner loads players from the backend, just like an online agent.
Store accounts sit under a distributor or sub distributor. They are a fit if you already run a shop with walk-in customers.
Online agent
An online agent serves players over chat apps and social media. No shop needed. This is where most people start.
- Smallest starting order.
- Direct contact with players.
- Easy to learn in a day.
Our become an agent guide covers the first steps.
How to choose

Moving up is simple. Message us and we upgrade your account.

Can you run more than one system?
Yes. Many accounts run several systems at once, like Juwa, Game Vault, Fire Kirin and Orion Stars. Players like having choices.
How credits move down the chain
Here is a simple example. A distributor buys a large balance from us. They load part of it to a sub distributor. The sub distributor loads some to an online agent. The agent loads a player.
When the player cashes out, the agent redeems the balance. Credits flow back up the same path. Each level sees only the accounts directly below it.
What each level needs day to day
- Distributor: time for support, a solid balance and quick replies to agents.
- Sub distributor: a smaller balance and a few hours a day for agents and players.
- Store: a place for players and someone to load and redeem on site.
- Online agent: a phone, a chat app and fast replies.
Common questions before choosing
Will I earn more at a higher level? Higher levels buy at better rates, but they also need more balance and more time. The best level is the one you can run well every day.
Can I serve players as a distributor? Yes. Many distributors keep a few players of their own. It keeps them close to what players want.
