These terms apply when you use this website or buy services from Gamebridge API. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

Who we are

Gamebridge API is an independent distributor. We sell and set up agent and distributor accounts for third-party game systems. We do not develop, own or operate those systems, and we are not affiliated with their owners. All game names and logos belong to their respective owners.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and acting for a business to use our services. You are responsible for making sure that offering or playing these games is allowed where you live and operate, and for following any rules that apply to you there.

Accounts and prepaid billing

• All accounts are prepaid. You pay for your balance in advance, and we load it to your account once payment is received.
• Prices are provided on request and may change. The price confirmed to you at the time of your order is the price that applies.
• Keep your login details safe. You are responsible for activity on your account and any sub-accounts you create.

Third-party systems

The game systems are run by their providers. Their availability, features, links and rules can change at any time, and we cannot control outages or changes made by them. We will help where we can and pass on any information we receive.

Acceptable use

Do not use our website or services for anything unlawful, to send spam, to attempt to break into our systems, or to post false or abusive content in reviews or chat.

Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

Website content

Text and design on this site belong to Gamebridge API unless stated otherwise. Figures shown in demos or mockups are examples only. We try to keep information accurate but cannot promise it is always complete or up to date.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for problems caused by third-party game systems or services outside our control. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service involved.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
