No, and this is the question agents get most. Panda Master does not hand out player accounts directly. A review on Clovr, last verified in September 2026, noted that the official account page tells players to contact a local distributor instead.
That is where you come in. Every Panda Master player account is created by an agent or a store from the backend. You set the username, give a starting password, load points, and later handle redeems. The official site calls this backend the Panda Master Management System and says it opens from a computer or any mobile device.

- A request to change the password after the first sign-in.
- Your WhatsApp or chat contact for reloads.
Send it privately, never in a public group. A login posted in the open can be used by anyone who sees it.
Spotting fake Panda Master VIP links
