Juwa vs Juwa 2.0: Which Should Agents Run?
Published · Gamebridge API
Short answer: Juwa vs Juwa 2.0 is not an old and a new version of the same account. They are two separate systems. Each has its own agent backend, its own player app, its own logins and its own prepaid balance. Points you buy for one do not move to the other. Most new agents start with one and add the second when players ask for it. Below we compare the two side by side, show where agents get mixed up and explain how to run both without losing track.
Are Juwa and Juwa 2.0 the same game?
No. The name makes it sound like a simple update, and that is where the trouble starts.
Juwa 2.0 came out in October 2025 from the team behind the original Juwa. It brought a new backend and new iPhone and Android apps. The original Juwa did not shut down. Both run today, side by side.
A player guide published on October 20, 2026 makes the same point from the player side. It lists Juwa and Juwa 2.0 as two different entries, each tied to its own game account. A login from one should never be assumed to work in the other.
Juwa vs Juwa 2.0 side by side
Here is the practical difference for someone running accounts.
- Agent backend: original Juwa uses its own login page, and Juwa 2.0 uses a different one. You get a separate username and password for each.
- Player app: each has its own download. A player with the Juwa app cannot open Juwa 2.0 games without the 2.0 app.
- Balance: each backend holds its own prepaid points. You top them up separately.
- Games: Juwa 2.0 lists 70 games, with 56 slots, 11 fish tables and 3 others, including titles the original Juwa does not have. The original Juwa mixes slots, fish tables and keno style games.
- Panel feel: the 2.0 backend works much like Fire Kirin, Milky Way and Panda Master, so agents who know those feel at home fast.
Both are cloud based, both run on a prepaid balance, and in both you create players, load points and redeem wins from a web panel.

Which one should a new agent start with?
Start with the one your players already know. That single question settles most cases.
- Ask your current or future players which app they have on their phone.
- If most say Juwa, open a Juwa account first.
- If they ask for the newer games or the 2.0 app, open Juwa 2.0.
- Test the empty account we send before you pay anything.
- Add the second system later, once your first one is busy.
With us, every client gets an empty account to check first. You see the backend, the lobby and the speed yourself, then pay prepaid only when you are happy. Our Juwa distributor and agent page and our Juwa 2.0 distributor page show screenshots of each.
Backend logins: the most common mix-up
Agents who run both systems mix up their logins more than anything else. The pages look alike, and the names differ by one number.
How to keep them apart
- Save two bookmarks with clear names, such as "Juwa backend" and "Juwa 2.0 backend".
- Use only the addresses your supplier sent. Look-alike login pages show up in search results.
- Give each staff member their own login on each system.
- Check the balance at the top before you load a player, so you know which panel you are in.
If you are ever unsure of an address, compare it with the agent links on our backend login links page. We keep the current links for every system we carry.
What to tell your players
Players do not care about backends. They care about opening the right app and seeing their points.
When you create a player, tell them which version it is in plain words: "This login is for Juwa 2.0, use this download." Send the matching link in the same message. If a player says their balance is missing, the first thing to check is whether they opened the other app.
A short pinned message for each system saves a lot of back and forth. Put the download link, the username and your hours in it.
Running Juwa and Juwa 2.0 together
Running both is normal. Many agents do it so players can pick the lobby they like.
The key is to treat them as two separate shops. Keep a separate note for each balance. Record every load and redeem on the right sheet. Top up each one before a busy evening, because one full balance will not cover the other.
When you start supplying other sellers, both systems can sit under one distributor account relationship with us. For a plain explanation of the levels, read our distributor vs sub distributor vs agent guide.

Is there any Juwa news this week?
We looked for fresh Juwa and Juwa 2.0 updates before writing this. The newest piece we found was the October 20, 2026 player guide that separates the two accounts. We found no new rename or new agent panel announced in the last few days.
If players report an update prompt, ask your supplier for the current download link before they install anything.
