Juwa 2.0 Agent Account Setup: Your First Week
Published · Gamebridge API
This is a day-by-day plan for your first week on a Juwa 2.0 agent account. It assumes you are new to Juwa 2.0, whether or not you have run other systems. Each day has one main job, so nothing piles up. By day seven you will have a working seat, a few real players and records you can trust.
Day 1: Ask for an empty Juwa 2.0 seat
Send us one message on WhatsApp or by email at info@gamebridgedistributor.com. Say you want a Juwa 2.0 agent seat and roughly how many players you expect. If you already run the original Juwa, mention it, because the 2.0 seat is a separate login.
We reply with an empty seat: a username, a starting password and the agent sign-in page, agent.juwa2.com/adminList. Change the password the first time you sign in.
Day 2: Make a test player
Inside the panel, create one test player with a simple username. Install the Juwa 2.0 app on your own phone from m.juwa2.com and sign in as that player.
- Can you find the player list?
- Do you know where the recharge box is?
- Do you know where the redeem box is?
- Can you read the record view?
If any answer is no, message us. Ten minutes of help now saves an hour later.
Day 3: Write your house rules
Before money moves, decide three things: your reply hours, the payment methods you take and your cash-out minimum. Write them in a short note you can paste to every player.
Rules written on day three cost nothing. Rules invented during an argument cost players.
Day 4: Fund the seat
When the test went well, ask us for the rate. We reply privately; message us for price. Pay, then refresh the panel and check that the balance arrived.
Start with a modest first order. You do not yet know how fast a normal day uses points, and the next three days will tell you.
Day 5: Add your first players
Start with two or three people you already know. Create each username, then send the 2.0 download link, the login and your house rules in one message.
- Use usernames that are easy to search, like first name plus a short number.
- Give each player their own password.
- Remind them that the old Juwa app will not open a Juwa 2.0 account.
Day 6: Do your first cash-out properly
Sooner or later a player wins and asks to cash out. Do it in this order: redeem in the panel first, then pay the player, then write down the time, username and amount.
Redeeming first means the same points cannot be cashed twice. Redeemed points go back to your balance, ready to load again.
Day 7: Review the week
Put your notes next to the record view and check they match. Then look at how many points a normal day used.
That number sets your reload rhythm. Reorder when about two normal days remain, and before Friday if your players are busiest at the weekend.
Keeping Juwa 2.0 separate
If you also sell the original Juwa, keep separate notes, separate bookmarks and separate balances. Juwa 2.0 points cannot move to Juwa. For more on how the two compare, see our Juwa vs Juwa 2.0 post. For single topics, read our Juwa 2.0 backend login guide and Juwa 2.0 holding and reload page.
