Caesars Entertainment has a new way to reward its online players. On November 2, 2026, the company announced Caesars Rewards Empire Builder.

Empire Builder is a monthly rewards feature. It is live on Caesars Palace Online Casino and Caesars Sportsbook & Casino in eligible places where Caesars offers online gaming.

Here is how it works. Players earn Tier Credits through eligible online casino play and sports bets. Those Tier Credits fill a progress meter. As the meter reaches set milestones, players can claim extra prizes.

According to Caesars, the rewards can include Reward Credits, Tier Credits, casino bonus cash, bonus spins, sports bonus bets and profit boosts. The meter resets on the first of every month, so players get a fresh start each time.

There is also a new Reward Credit Boost. It gives players extra Reward Credits based on their Caesars Rewards tier and their progress in Empire Builder. The Caesars Palace Online blog says the boost must be claimed by hand at the start of each month.

A few details matter. Players need a Caesars Rewards account and must opt in once. Only online play counts, not play at land-based casinos. Rewards must be claimed in the month they are offered, or they are lost when the meter resets. Players can track their progress in the Rewards tab of the Caesars Palace Online Casino app.

Caesars says Reward Credits earned this way work like any other Reward Credits. They can be used for hotel stays, dining, entertainment, free play and online gaming rewards at Caesars destinations across North America. The blog adds that Empire Builder is not available in Alberta or Ontario.

“Players increasingly want rewards experiences that feel engaging and interactive, not just transactional,” said Eric Hession, President of Caesars Digital. He called it the company’s first feature built specifically for its digital players.

Caesars also says only players 21 and older can use Caesars Rewards.

Our take: big operators know that monthly goals keep players coming back. Agents can use the same idea with fair, simple promos for their own players.
