Biloxi Man Hits Two Jackpots in Three Days
Published · Gamebridge News
Most players dream of one big jackpot. Kevin Baker of Biloxi, Mississippi, just hit two in a few days.
Both wins came at the Beau Rivage Resort and Casino in Biloxi, and both were reported by the Sun Herald.
The first win came last week. Baker bet $10 on the 10-cent Magic Treasures Gold Empress machine. After just nine minutes of play, it paid $156,476.27. The Sun Herald said it was one of South Mississippi’s ten biggest slot jackpots of the year.
Then he did it again. On Sunday morning, November 1, Baker was playing in the High Limit area. He placed a $100 bet on the $1 Lightning 10 Year Storm slot machine, a game from Aristocrat Gaming. The jackpot hit after only eight minutes and paid $143,898.87.
The Sun Herald opened its story with a fitting line: “What are the odds?”
Put together, the two wins total just over $300,000. Both came in under ten minutes of play.
Big jackpots have been piling up on the Mississippi Gulf Coast this year. According to the Sun Herald, Baker’s second win is the 31st jackpot of more than $100,000 at the Beau Rivage in 2026. It also pushed the total paid out in $100,000-plus jackpots at Coast casinos to more than $8.5 million this year.
We covered the Beau Rivage’s run of six-figure wins last week. Baker’s first jackpot was part of that story. His second one makes it even more unusual.
Of course, results like this are rare. Slot machines are games of chance, and most sessions do not end with a jackpot, let alone two. Players should only play with money they can afford to lose.
