Vegas X Recharge for Players

A recharge is the everyday task of an agent: a player pays, you load their account. Doing it the same careful way every time keeps mistakes rare.

Confirm the money

Load only once the payment shows in your own account. A screenshot is not proof of payment.

Check the username

Read the Vegas X username aloud in your reply, then load. Similar names are a common source of wrong loads.

Load and confirm

Enter the amount, check the zeros and confirm. Reply with a short message showing the amount loaded.

Regular players

Save frequent players' usernames in a pinned note so you can find them fast on busy nights.

Unusual requests

Three or four Vegas X top-ups paid from unrelated names on one evening are a reason to stop and ask questions first.

Your own balance

Glance at your remaining balance after each busy hour so you are never caught short.

Busy-night method

On a busy night, work strictly oldest message first and keep a short list of who is waiting. Players accept a few minutes of waiting when they can see you are working in order.

Wrong load

If you load the wrong player, tell both players straight away, reverse what you can in the panel and note it in your sheet. Honest quick fixes protect your name.

Receipts

A simple reply such as the amount and username loaded acts as a receipt for both sides and ends most later questions.

Limits you set

Some agents set a per-night limit for new players until they know them better. Write the limit in your rules if you use one.
