Vegas X Player App Install

Most beginner questions happen in the first five minutes. A clear install message from you saves a long back-and-forth.

Browser version

Point players to vegas-x.org on any up-to-date phone or computer browser, using the login you made for them. Nothing to download.

Windows PC client

Players who prefer a bigger screen can download the Windows client from the official player site. Tell them to download only from that site, never from links passed around in groups.

First login

Send the username and temporary password in a private message, not in a group. Ask the player to change the password once signed in.

Common fixes

A Vegas X screen that stays blank usually recovers after a browser swap, a cache wipe or a change of network. Most install problems are connection or old-browser issues.

Mobile tips

On phones, adding the site to the home screen makes it feel like an app and saves typing the address each time.

Your install message

Write one saved reply with the link, login details and these fixes. Paste it for every new player.

Account safety for players

Remind players not to share their login with friends. If two people use one account, disputes about who won or spent what are almost impossible to settle.

Help with the first game

Suggest a simple slot for the first session. Keno and racing are fun but have their own rules, so they are better once the player is comfortable.

When to switch versions

A player who has trouble on an older phone browser might do better on a computer, either in a browser or with the PC client.
