Vegas X Cash Out Process

Paying players reliably is what builds an agent's name. On Vegas X the panel side of a cash-out is quick; the care is in the steps around it.

Ask for one clear request

Have players send their username and the amount in a single message. It keeps the chat tidy and gives you a written record of exactly what they asked for.

Redeem in the panel

Open the player account, enter the redeem amount and confirm. The balance leaves their account and the action appears in the history with a time stamp.

Pay the player

Send the money by the method you agreed in your house rules and reply with a short confirmation. Never pay to a different name than the one the player normally uses without checking first.

Keep a reserve

Hold money aside for cash-outs separate from your restock money. Delays caused by an empty reserve hurt trust more than anything else.

When there is a delay

If you cannot pay within your usual window, tell the player the reason and a new time. Silence turns a small delay into a dispute.

Weekly check

Compare your redeem list with the panel history once a week. Matching numbers mean your records are sound.

Large cash-outs

For an unusually large redeem, confirm the details twice and pay in the way you agreed in your rules. If you need extra time, say so before redeeming, not after.

Cash-out rules to pin

State your cash-out hours, how long payment normally takes and the details players must include. Players accept clear limits far better than surprises.
