Browser

Send the player link and login. Fastest option.

Android

Download from your link, allow the install when asked, sign in.

iPhone

If a developer prompt appears, approve the profile in Settings under General and Device Management.

Fixes

Reset the password in your panel for login errors; reinstall from your link for crashes.

One complete message

Put the lobby link, the login name, a first password and a reminder to swap that password into a single text. Players rarely need more.

Older phones

If storage is short, use the browser.

Updates

Send fresh links to regulars when a new version appears.

Login errors

Check caps lock and spaces first; most failed logins are typos.

Player site vs agent site

Players never use the agent address. If one ends up there, send the player link again.

Slot tips

Tell new players the lobby is mostly slots, with fish games too, so they know what to expect.

iPhone warnings

A developer warning is normal for apps installed outside the store; approving the profile once fixes it.

Browser bookmarks

Ask browser players to bookmark the lobby so they can return easily.

Welcome message

Once a player is in, send a quick note covering when you reply, which payments you take and your cash-out floor. Players who know the rules from day one rarely argue about them later.

Reset it in the agent site and send it privately.
