Redeem

Find the player, choose redeem, enter the amount, confirm. It returns to your seat and appears in history.

Confirm first

Have the player type the amount; repeat it back before redeeming.

Your rules

Minimums, hours and payment methods are yours to set. Post them before players load.

Reconcile

Match history with your notes nightly. We supply seats and balance; player settlement is yours.

Large amounts

Confirm by voice note as well as text for bigger redeems.

Screenshots

Keep the player’s written request and the history entry together by date.

Agent site down

Retry the agent address after a few minutes; then message us and let the player know about the short wait.

One username per player

Ask players to stick to one username for cash-outs.

Consistent hours

Process redeems at the times you promised. Reliability keeps regulars.

Disputes

Read the history entry with the player. Time stamp and figure settle most questions.

Your responsibility

We supply seats and balance; how and when you pay players is your agreement with them.

A weekly look back

Total the week’s redeems next to the week’s deposits every Sunday. Watching that ratio over a month tells you how your player list behaves and helps you plan reload sizes with more confidence.

Keep the player’s written request and a screenshot of the history line together, sorted by date.

Redeemed the wrong amount?

Deposit the difference to the player again and write down why.

How long should redeems take?

As long as your posted hours say, and no longer.
