Royal Vault Player App Install

Players reach Royal Vault three ways: an iPhone app, an Android app or a plain browser tab. Your job as the seller is to make that first install painless.

Where the player link comes from

We send the current Royal Vault player link together with your seat details. Forward only that link to your players, so nobody ends up on an outdated or copied page.

iPhone players

On iOS, players open the link in Safari and follow the prompts on screen. If the phone asks them to trust a profile or confirm a download, tell them to read each prompt and only continue for the link you sent.

Android players

Android users may need to allow installs from their browser the first time. Explain that this is a one-off setting, then suggest they switch it back off once Royal Vault is installed.

No install at all

Some people dislike installing apps. For them, Royal Vault simply opens in a web tab on any handset, tablet or laptop, with identical balance and rewards.

First sign-in

Set up the player in your panel, pass along their username with a starter password and have them pick a new one on first entry; finish by checking the daily reward screen loads for them.

Moving over from Glamour Spin

Royal Vault replaced Glamour Spin, so old Glamour Spin apps will not carry on working for long. Ask former players to remove the old app and install from the new link.

Common install problems

Most issues come from low storage, an old phone system or a blocked download. Ask for a screenshot of the error before guessing; it usually points straight at the cause.

Questions

Do Royal Vault players need an app?

No, a browser works too; the apps are optional.

Is the Royal Vault app on the app stores?

We send the current install link directly; ask us if you are unsure which link is live.

Can a player use the same login on two devices?

Yes, the login and balance belong to the username, not the phone.
