Store seat or agent seat

Both create players, load balance and process cash-outs. A store seat is simply set up for a physical business with set hours, while agent seats usually serve players through chat.

Opening routine

Log in, compare the Royal Treasure balance with yesterday’s closing note, and confirm the shop tablet has the player site saved.

During the day

New Royal Treasure customers get a username on a folded slip; balance follows payment, and every line goes in the shop book.

Shared devices

Any Royal Treasure customer using a shop tablet must be logged out before the next one sits down.

Gifts and bonuses

Customers will ask about daily, weekly and monthly gifts and the progress-bar bonus. These come from the game, so you only need to show where they appear.

Closing routine

At close, add up Royal Treasure loads and payouts, compare with the panel, and carry the closing figure forward.

Request a store seat

Ask for a Royal Treasure store seat in our chat; it starts at zero and balance pricing is private.

Questions

Is a Royal Treasure store account different from an agent account?

The panel matches; the store version is meant for premises with opening times.

Can customers play on a shop device?

Yes, but sign them out after each session.

Do I pay to open a store seat?

It opens empty; you pay only for balance.
