River Sweeps Store Account

River Sweeps suits shops and venues better than most platforms, thanks to tools built for a physical room. Here is how a counter typically uses them.

Point-of-sale

The web point-of-sale handles purchases and prizes in real time and can collect customer contacts for marketing, with their consent.

Jackpot display

Show the jackpot on a screen in the room to add atmosphere.

Staff

One login per employee; the history shows who did what.

Customer devices

Customers can use their phones via app or browser.

Close of day

Compare the backend history with the till nightly.

Training staff

Walk new staff through creating a username, loading after payment, redeeming and reading history. Let them practise on a test player first.

Customer privacy

Keep the backend history off the screen customers can see. Collect contacts only with clear permission.

Signage

A simple sign with your hours and how to join answers common questions. Avoid any promises about winning.

Supply

Order in blocks of 5,000 points or more to keep the 11% promo. Watch the balance before evenings and weekends.

Thunder 7

The same seat can offer Thunder 7 for customers who want a second lobby.

Layout ideas

Place the jackpot display where waiting customers can see it, keep the counter screen turned toward staff, and put your hours on a sign by the door. Small layout choices make a River Sweeps counter feel organised and help staff serve people quickly when the room fills up in the evening.
