River Sweeps Recharge for Players

A recharge moves points from your seat to a player’s username. It takes seconds, but a few habits keep it mistake-free.

The steps

Confirm the payment has actually arrived, open the player in the backend, enter the amount and send it. Then message the player to say the points are there.

Matching the right username

Search by the exact username rather than scrolling a list. Players with similar names are the most common source of misplaced recharges.

Streak-chasing players

River Sweeps rewards regular play through streak offers, so some players recharge small amounts every day. Keep those transfers quick and consistent; a slow reply can break their routine.

At the counter

Shop staff can recharge through the web point-of-sale. Each employee should use their own login so the record shows who loaded whom.

If a recharge went to the wrong player

Act straight away. Contact the player who received it, explain politely and take the points back if they have not been played. Note the correction in your own records.

Keeping stock ready

Glance at the seat balance each afternoon. Topping up with 5,000 points or more at a time means every refill earns the 11% bonus.

Recording each one

Note the username, amount and time of each recharge in your own sheet. Matching it with the backend history nightly catches slips while they are still easy to fix.

Welcome loads

For a new player, a small first recharge lets them try the lobby. Explain where the balance appears after they sign in at river777.com or in the app.

Questions

Can I recharge a River Sweeps player before they pay?

We strongly advise against it; credit only after payment arrives.

Does a recharge work in both the app and the browser?

Yes. Points sit on the account, so players see them wherever they sign in.

Is there a minimum recharge?

You set your own minimum for players.
