Browser first

The quickest route is river777.com in a phone browser. No install is needed.

Android

Send the download link we provide, open it in Chrome and allow the install when asked.

iPhone

After installing, iOS may ask you to approve the developer under Settings before it opens.

Install fails

Check storage, switch networks and try again, or fall back to the browser.

Sign-in

Usernames are case-sensitive. Send them as text so players can copy them exactly.

Which route to recommend

For players who dislike installs, the browser is easiest. For regulars who play daily, the app is more convenient. Offer both and let them choose.

Welcome message

Send the username, the browser address, the app link and your hours in one message. It answers most first questions.

Older phones

If the app runs slowly, suggest the browser. Updating the phone’s system can also help.

Thunder 7 players

If you also sell Thunder 7, make it clear which lobby each username belongs to.

Safety

Tell players to download only from the link you send, and never to share their password.

Common questions

“Do I lose my balance if I switch from the app to the browser?” No, it belongs to the username. “Can I use the same login on two phones?” Usually yes, but encourage players to keep it private.

Questions
