River Sweeps Cash-Out Process

River Sweeps gives counters a web point-of-sale for prizes, while online sellers redeem in the backend. Either way, the routine is the same.

Confirm

Check username and amount privately against the balance.

Redeem

Use the backend redeem function or, at a counter, the point-of-sale prize flow.

Pay and confirm

Pay by your posted method and send a short confirmation.

Record

Note it in your sheet and compare with the history nightly.

Hours

Post cash-out hours and keep them steady.

Large amounts

Tell players in advance how long large cash-outs may take, and keep them updated.

Disputes

Open the history for the username and walk through the timeline with the player. The record settles most questions.

Streak offer points

If a player earned extra through streak offers, make sure any conditions were clear before they played.

Staff at counters

Each employee should redeem under their own login so the history shows who paid out what.

Nightly match

Compare the point-of-sale or backend records with your till or payment app every night. Small differences are easy to fix the same day.

Online sellers

Use private chat for every cash-out request and confirmation, never the open group.

A confirmation template

Keep a saved line such as: amount, username, payment method and time, followed by a thank-you. Sending the same format every time gives players clarity and gives you a ready record.
