River Sweeps Agent Login Help

River Pay sign-in failures nearly always trace back to one of six things. Check them top to bottom first.

Check the address

The agent backend opens at river-pay.com, not at the river777.com player site. Sellers sometimes type the player address by habit and wonder why their agent username is rejected.

Type it exactly

Usernames and passwords are case-sensitive. Copy them from the message we sent instead of typing from memory, and watch for a space at the end when pasting.

Too many attempts

Several wrong passwords in a row can lock a seat for a while. Wait, then try once with the correct details. If it stays locked, send us your username and we will look.

Browser and network

Clear the cache or open a private window. Switching from mobile data to Wi-Fi, or the other way round, fixes a surprising number of “page will not load” reports.

Staff at a counter

Give every employee a separate login. When one person forgets a password, the rest of the shop keeps working, and the history still shows who handled each transaction.

When nothing works

Send us your username, the device and browser you used, and a screenshot of the error. Never send your password in a group chat; we never need it to investigate.

Signing in on a new phone

A new device or browser may need you to enter details fresh. Keep your credentials in a password manager rather than a screenshot in your gallery.

Thunder 7 confusion

Selling Thunder 7 as well does not add a password; both lobbies hang off the single River Pay credential.

Questions

Is the River Sweeps agent login the same as river777.com?

No. Agents sign in at river-pay.com; players use river777.com or the apps.

Can I log in from my phone?

Yes, the backend works in a mobile browser.

Can Thunder 7 use the same login?

Yes, if it is enabled on your seat.
