Panda Master Store Account

A store account is an agent-level Panda Master seat used by a shop. The tools match an online seat; the routine around them is what changes.

Same panel, different rhythm

Shops see players in bursts around opening hours rather than spread across the night. Recharge and redeem requests come in person, so speed at the screen matters more.

Use a laptop or tablet at the counter

The panel works in any up-to-date browser. Keep it open on one device that stays behind the counter, signed in only during opening hours.

Staff and passwords

If more than one person serves players, ask about separate logins so the history shows who did what. Change passwords when staff leave.

Showing new customers

Open the web lobby on the counter device to show a newcomer how Panda Master looks before they install anything. Then create their username and hand over the link. Message us for price on store balance.

Counter safety

Never leave the panel signed in on an unattended device, and keep the screen turned away from customers while you type passwords. A short closing routine, signing out and noting the final balance, takes a minute and prevents most problems.

Online and in-store together

Many shop owners also take requests by message after hours. That is fine on the same seat; just log every move with a note of where it came from.
