Panda Master Cash-Out Process

A cash-out request means you take balance back from their username in your panel and settle with them under the rules you set.

Inside the panel

Open the player list, find the username, choose redeem, and enter the amount the player asked for. The balance returns to your seat and the move appears in your report view with a time stamp.

Confirm before you act

Ask the player to state the amount in writing, then repeat it back. That one habit prevents most disputes, because both of you have the same number in the same chat.

Your own cash-out rules

You decide the minimum, the hours you process requests and the payment methods you use. Post those rules where every player can see them before they ever load, and apply them the same way to everyone.

End-of-day check

Compare your notes with the panel report each night. If a redeem does not match, sort it out while the chat is fresh. Gamebridge API supplies the seat and the balance; settling with players is between you and them.

Handling a disputed redeem

If a player says the amount is wrong, open the report view together and read out the time stamp and figure. Most disputes end there. If the panel and your notes disagree, trust the panel record and correct your notes.

Speed builds trust

Players talk. A seller who processes redeems at the promised times keeps regulars and gets referrals; slow or inconsistent cash-outs do the opposite. Set hours you can actually keep.

Questions

Does a Panda Master redeem return balance to my seat?

Yes. Redeemed balance moves back into your panel and can be used again.

Can players redeem by themselves?

No. Redeems are done by the agent in the panel.

Should I set a Panda Master cash-out minimum?

Most sellers do, to keep tiny redeems from filling the day. Choose a figure, post it, and keep it the same for everyone.
