Noble Store Account for Shops

A Noble store account is an agent-level seat used at a counter. The tools are the same as an online agent’s; the routine is what differs.

Staff logins

Give each employee their own login. When a question comes up later, the history shows who loaded or redeemed each amount.

Customers play on their own Android phones through the app, or on any phone in a browser. Keep the player link on a small card at the counter.

Have them rehearse on a dummy username first, covering creation, a load, a redeem and a look at the log, before they serve a real customer.

Compare the panel history with your till or payment app before locking up. Fixing a gap the same night is far easier than a week later.

Post your opening hours and how to join. Avoid any wording that promises wins or amounts.

Steady hold makes usage predictable. Note a normal day’s loads and keep at least two days in reserve before weekends.

Keep the panel screen turned away from customers and collect contact details only with clear permission.

Note which hours bring the most customers and schedule your most experienced staff then. Quick service at peak times keeps people coming back.

Is a Noble store account different from an agent account?

Same tools; “store” just describes counter selling.

Can several staff share one login?

Better not; separate logins keep the record clear.

Can customers play without an app?

Yes, in a browser.

How should a shop handle a Noble jackpot win?

Exactly like any cash-out: redeem in the panel first, then pay. Tell customers your timing for larger amounts in advance.

Do I need a special screen in the shop?

No. Customers play on their own phones.

Can I run Noble alongside other platforms at the counter?

Yes, with separate seats and balances.
