Noble App Install for Players

Noble players have two ways in: the Android app or a web browser. Knowing both lets you help anyone in a couple of messages.

Android install

Send the download link we provide. The player opens it in Chrome, allows installs from that source when asked, and opens the app once it finishes.

iPhone players

There is no Noble app for iOS. iPhone users open the player link in Safari, and many add it to the home screen so it behaves almost like an app.

Browser on any device

The browser route also suits players on older Android phones or anyone who prefers not to install anything.

Signing in

Usernames are case-sensitive. Send them as plain text so players can copy and paste instead of retyping.

If the install fails

Usually the phone is short of space or the connection dropped. Freeing a little storage or changing network normally sorts it; otherwise the browser link is the fallback.

One welcome message

Put the username, the app link, the browser link and your hours into a single message. It answers most first-day questions before they are asked.

Older phones

Budget or ageing Android handsets sometimes struggle with the app; the browser version is lighter and usually smoother.

Safety reminders

Remind players that the only safe download is the one you send, and that real support never asks for a password.

Questions

Is Noble on iPhone?

Not as an app; iPhone players use the browser.

Does the balance move between app and browser?

Yes, it belongs to the username.

Where do players get the app?

Only from the link you send them.

What if a player deletes the app?

Their balance is safe because it belongs to the username. They can reinstall from your link or switch to the browser and sign in again.

Can one username be used on two phones?

Usually yes, but encourage one device for security.
