Milky Way Player App Install Help

Getting players into Milky Way smoothly is half of good service. Here is what to tell them.

Android steps

Send the download link. The player opens it, allows installs from that source when asked, installs, and signs in with the username you created.

iPhone steps

After the install, if a developer warning appears, the player goes into Settings, then General, then Device Management, picks the Milky Way profile and approves it.

Browser option

For players who do not want an app, send the browser link instead. It is the fastest way to get someone playing.

Common fixes

Wrong password is the top issue; reset it in your panel. Second is an old app version; delete and reinstall from your link.

One message, everything included

Send the link, username, starting password and a request to change the password after the first login. Players with all four rarely come back with questions.

Low storage phones

If the install fails on an older phone, the browser lobby needs no storage at all.

App updates

When a new version arrives, send the fresh link to regulars before they hit problems.

Explaining game types

A one-line tip helps: shooters for quick action, slots for long sessions, keno for quick draws. New players find their favourite faster.

A short welcome message

After a player signs in for the first time, a quick hello with your hours and cash-out rules sets expectations from day one and cuts down on later questions about timing or minimums.
