Milky Way Cash-Out Process

A Milky Way cash-out has two halves: the withdraw in your panel, and the settlement you agreed with the player.

Withdraw in the panel

Find the player in the user list, choose withdraw, enter the amount and confirm. The balance comes back to your seat and shows in the log.

Ask the player to type the amount. Repeat it back. Do the withdraw only after both match.

Minimum amount, processing hours, payment methods: decide them, post them and apply them evenly. Players stay with sellers who are predictable.

Compare the log with your notes before you close. Gamebridge API supplies seats and balance; settling with players is your side.

For bigger amounts, consider a short call or voice note to confirm, as well as the written amount. Extra care on large figures protects both sides.

Save the player’s written request alongside the log entry. Screenshots of both, kept by date, answer almost any later question in seconds.

Wait a few minutes and retry with the full :8781 address. If it still fails, message us and tell the player there is a short delay.

Some players open more than one. Ask them to use one username for cash-outs so your records stay simple.

Every Sunday, total the week’s withdraws next to the week’s loads. The ratio shows how your player list behaves over time.

Does withdrawn balance return to my Milky Way seat?

Yes, and it can be loaded to players again.

Can players withdraw themselves?

No. The agent does it in the panel.

How long should a Milky Way cash-out take?

That depends on your own posted hours. What matters is keeping the promise you made.

Can I reverse a withdraw by mistake?

Load the amount back to the player and note the correction in your records.
