Juwa2 Agent Login Not Working? Quick Fixes
Most failed Juwa 2.0 sign-ins come down to one of four simple causes. Work through them in order before trying anything else.
1. You are on the old Juwa page
The most common cause by far. Juwa 2.0 seats sign in at agent.juwa2.com/adminList, not on the original Juwa panel. Check the address bar first.
2. A typing slip
Usernames and passwords are case sensitive. Turn off caps lock, and avoid pasting a password with a trailing space.
3. A saved password from another system
Browsers often fill in an old Juwa or Fire Kirin password. Clear the field and type the Juwa 2.0 password by hand.
4. Still stuck
Message us with your seat name and the time you tried. Never send your password in chat; we can reset it and send a new one privately.
