Golden Dragon Store Account

A shop can add Golden Dragon with no new hardware. A store seat and a browser at the counter are enough.

What the shop receives

An agent-level store seat in the browser terminal. Staff create usernames, add points after payment and redeem at cash-out.

Customers use their phones

Because Golden Dragon plays in a browser, customers simply open the player link on their own phones. A QR code at the counter linking to it saves typing.

Staff logins

Give every employee a separate login. When a question comes up, the history shows who handled it.

VPN note for owners abroad

Owners outside the USA checking the terminal remotely will usually need a VPN. Staff working in the shop in the USA normally do not.

Closing check

Each night compare the terminal history with the till. Differences are easy to find the same day and hard a week later.

Training a new employee

Show them how to find a username, load after payment, redeem and read the history. Let them practise on a test username before serving customers. An afternoon is usually enough.

Signage

A simple sign with the QR code and your cash-out hours answers the most common questions before customers reach the counter. Keep it free of any promises about winning.

Customer questions you will hear

“Do I need to download anything?” No, it is a browser link. “Is my balance safe if my phone dies?” Yes, it sits on the username. “When can I cash out?” During your posted hours. Writing short answers to these on a card at the counter helps new staff respond confidently and keeps service quick during busy periods.
