Golden Dragon Recharge for Players

In Golden Dragon chat, recharge simply means topping up a player’s balance once their money reaches you.

The recharge steps

Confirm payment, find the username in the terminal, enter the amount and send. The history logs it instantly.

Avoiding wrong-username loads

Repeat the username back to the player before sending. Label usernames clearly when you create them.

Missing recharge?

Ask the player to refresh the browser lobby. If it still does not show, check the history for the username and time.

Busy nights

Fish-style players often arrive together. Saved reply templates and a topped-up balance keep queues short.

Minimums

Many sellers set a minimum recharge. Post it in your house rules.

Payment checks

Only recharge after you have seen the payment land, not after a screenshot alone. Screenshots can be edited. Matching the amount and time against your payment app takes a few seconds and prevents costly mistakes.

Welcome recharges

For a new player, combine their first recharge with a short welcome message: the browser link, the shortcut steps and your hours. It sets expectations from the first minute.

Regulars

Keep a short note of each regular’s usual amount and payment method. Recharges for familiar players become a ten-second job.

Record keeping

Note every recharge in your own sheet as well as the terminal history.

Fixing a wrong recharge

If points went to the wrong username, redeem them back straight away and send them to the right one. Tell both players what happened. The history will show both steps, which keeps everything transparent. Acting quickly matters, because a wrong recharge left alone may already be spent by the time you notice it.
