Golden Dragon Agent Login Help

Most Golden Dragon login problems come down to a few causes. Work through them in order.

VPN first

From outside the USA, the terminal usually will not load without a VPN set to a US location. This is the most common cause.

Right address

Use the full address we sent, saved as a bookmark. Typing it from memory invites mistakes, and copycat pages exist.

Case and spaces

Usernames and passwords are case-sensitive. Phone keyboards that capitalise the first letter, and pasted text with a hidden space, cause many failures.

Locked after attempts

Several wrong tries can lock a login temporarily. Wait before trying again.

Still failing

Send us your username, the time, a screenshot of the error and whether a VPN is on. We check from our side and reset if needed after confirming it is you.

Preventing repeats

Save the address as a bookmark, keep the password in a password manager and set the VPN to connect automatically on the device you use for the terminal. Those three steps remove most repeat problems.

Staff logins

If a helper cannot sign in, check whether their own login was disabled before assuming the platform is down.

Suspected misuse

If your password stopped working without you changing it, ask for a reset immediately and review recent history.

Signing in from a new device

A new phone or laptop may need the VPN installed and the bookmark saved again. Set both up before your next busy evening rather than in the middle of it. If the new device still refuses, compare its browser and VPN settings with the device that works, and send us the details if the difference is not obvious.
