eStar Recharge for Players

When an eStar player asks to recharge, they want balance on their username quickly. A steady routine makes that fast without cutting corners on payment checks.

Step 1: payment first

Check that the player transfer has truly landed in your account; a picture of it proves nothing.

Step 2: find the username

Search the player in the eStar panel and check you have the right account before typing an amount. Similar usernames cause most loading mistakes.

Step 3: load and confirm

Send the balance, then message the player that it is done. Ask them to refresh the browser game if they do not see it.

Step 4: log it

Write the time, player, amount paid and amount loaded in your sheet straight away.

Minimums and limits

Set a minimum recharge so tiny loads do not eat your evening, and post it with your hours.

Busy hours

Weekend evenings bring the most requests. Make sure your own balance can cover them before Friday.

Players coming from EGame

Some players still say X Game. Explain that eStar is the newer version and send them the current player link.

Templates save time

Keep three saved messages ready: payment instructions, a load confirmation and a short note explaining your minimum. Pasting them keeps every eStar recharge conversation short and consistent, even on a crowded Saturday night.

End of night

Before closing, compare the evening's recharges in your sheet with the panel history. Ten minutes now prevents a long search later in the week.

Repeat players

Regulars appreciate speed. Saving their username in a pinned note lets you find them in the eStar panel in seconds.
