eStar Agent Login Help

Before deciding eStar is down, rule out three everyday causes: a wrong address, a typo in the password and an outdated browser.

Use the right address

The eStar seller panel currently opens at pzxpd.estar88.club, while players use www.estar88.club. Using the player address by mistake explains most failed eStar sign-ins.

Old EGame bookmarks

If you previously ran an EGame seat, an old bookmark may still point at the retired panel. Delete it and save the eStar address instead.

Password trouble

Passwords are case-sensitive. Type it slowly, check caps lock, and avoid copying it with a trailing space. Still refused? The seller or supplier who issued your eStar seat can reset it.

Browser problems

Update the browser, clear cached data for the panel, or try a private window. Changing networks clears up a surprising share of panels that hang while loading.

Locked or disabled seat

Repeated failed attempts can lock a login. Wait, then contact the seat above you. Agents supplied by us can message us directly.

Staff logins

If several people work your seat, give each a separate login where the panel allows it. Shared passwords make it hard to trace who did what.

Keep it safe

Your eStar panel password belongs to you alone; a request for it, from anyone, is a red flag.

Write the details down safely

Store the panel address and your username in a password manager rather than a note in your chat app. If your phone is lost, you can still reach the seat from another device without hunting for old messages.

After a reset

Sign in once on every device you use, then remove any saved old password from the browser so it does not autofill the wrong one next time.
