Crown Codex Agent Login Help

Most Crown Codex login problems have simple causes. Work through these checks before assuming anything is wrong with your seat.

Right address

Seller logins work only on the panel, currently zadkp.crowncodex.mobi. The player site www.crowncodex.mobi will reject your seller username.

Check caps lock, extra spaces copied from a message and autocorrect on phones. Typing the password by hand once often solves it.

Try a private window or a different browser. If that works, clear the cache in your usual browser.

Message us from the contact we already have on file with your username. We do not reset seats for unknown numbers or emails.

If a staff login stops working, check whether you or a colleague changed it. Each helper should have a separate login so you can see who did what.

Use a long password, never share it with players, and sign out on shared computers.

You can sign in from a phone and a laptop, but always sign out of the one you are not using, especially if others can reach it.

Write the new password somewhere safe straight away. Many repeat lockouts happen because a changed password was never saved.

Spot a load in the history that nobody on your team made? Change the Crown Codex password first, then tell us.

Public Wi-Fi in cafés or hotels is fine for browsing but risky for seller logins. Use mobile data when you can.

Send a picture of the Crown Codex error screen to WhatsApp +1 (724) 466-2790 or info@gamebridgedistributor.com and we look at it with you.
