Blue Dragon Recharge for Players

A recharge is simply loading credits to a player who has paid you. Doing it the same way every time avoids mistakes.

Confirm payment first

Wait until the money has actually reached you before loading. Screenshots can be faked or sent too early.

Load the right username

Read the username back to the player before you confirm. Family members sometimes share devices.

Help them see it

Ask the player to refresh or sign out and back in. The balance appears the same on phone, browser or the Windows app.

Busy nights

Reply to requests in the order they arrive and send a quick “on it” message when you are busy.

Welcome recharges

A modest opening load gives a newcomer a feel for the 78 Blue Dragon reels before they spend more.

Record keeping

Note each recharge with time, username and amount, and compare with the panel nightly.

Mistakes

If you load the wrong amount, you can redeem unplayed credits back. Tell the player straight away.

Payment methods

Agree accepted payment methods with each player when they join, and stick to them. Mixing methods makes it harder to match payments to recharges at the end of the day.

Players on PC

Players using the Windows app sometimes leave it open for hours. If they do not see a recharge, ask them to close and reopen the app so the balance refreshes.

A quick confirmation

After each recharge, send the player one short line with the amount and time, so both of you have the same record.
